David Barry will complete all company procedures on your behalf consisting of the following:

1. Find a company name from the Companies House database of names.
2. Appoint director(s)/ shareholders of the company.
3. Provide electronic Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
4. Provide electronic Certificate of Incorporation.
5. Authorize and issue shares.
6. Issue ordinary shares but with different voting rights and different rights to dividends.
7. Discuss merits and appoint registered office.
8. Install bookkeeping procedures.
9. Provide spreadsheets for easy population of purchase ledger, sales ledger & business bank analysis.
10. Advise on business bank accounts.
11. Email share documents.
12. Write salary/dividend policy.
13. Set up and register the company for PAYE, VAT, CORP TAX & Dividend Policy.
14. Provide and write Company Resolutions.
15. Provide an Accountants Certificate for business bank account.
